One of these threads would be the development of the mindset as well as the methodology to a profession that participants of that field have towards their area of specialization (Hollenbeck, 2006). One of the threads in the process of professionalization is the profession. Most professionals have found complicated the process by which they can adopt the attitude and approach of the profession. However, through debates, it has been found that a better part is played by socialization. In the past, the topic of socialization HR professionals has not received much consideration; however, it is a subject that we are to thrust ahead with the professionalization agenda, we have to come to grips. Socialization into a profession is an ongoing process, despite that, it is essential in the influential steps of professionals’ careers (Sherman, 2007). Unlike the existence of Hr as a community or a group, socialization does not take the same angle; but the socialization process has never been deliberate or alert. Suppose the socialization process into the HR line of work is to some extent chaotic, it does not make it mandatory the situation that the awareness, verbal communication, communal skills, and principles that are currently being assimilated into new entrants to the line of duty, are the ones needed to move onward together with the HR professionalization. Additional expertise has been more listening carefully and on purpose in socializing their emerging profess ionals into their lines of work. As a matter of fact, many other professions are just internships, professional education programs as well as professional education programs (Brockbank, 1995). These professions are not for the purpose of experience and requirements alone; they are also not so many skills and knowledge acquisition.
